Jeff Finkle is the president of IEDC. The 2013 IEDC Spring Conference was recently held in Ann Arbor, bringing more than 350 economic development professionals to the region.
In my conversation with Jeff, he gives his perspective on the use of incentives to spur investment and job creation. He also discusses his biggest accomplishments during his 30-year career in economic development.
