Ann Arbor SPARK recommends Saline appoint a business ambassador

Ann Arbor SPARK vice president Luke Bonner recently recommended the city of Saline appoint a business ambassador and expand its business outreach efforts, according to a story from the Saline Reporter.

The recommendations came as part of a 12-month business development strategy plan that Bonner presented to the Saline City Council Nov. 19.

Bonner told the council that the city needs to continue its proactive approach to dealing with businesses and to identify an ambassador who can champion the city as a good place to do business.

Bonner also recommended a bi-annual Saline business summit, a "Doing business in Saline" information packet, and closer collaboration between local businesses and Saline's school system.
