Located at 3402 Washtenaw Ave. in Ann Arbor, Naked Furniture will likely be moving into the former Blinds to Go building at 3570 Washtenaw Ave. at the beginning of the year.
Owner Ron LaFluer said the advantage of the new location would be that it is closer to US-23.

“We have not signed a lease yet, but we are working with him [LaFleur] on the location,” Lippett said. “I would say that it should resolve very soon.”
The store’s current 9,740 square foot location is not listed with any brokers as of November 26. In its new home, Naked Furniture will join Casual Male XL, Dollar Tree, Mattress World, and Life Uniform in the shopping center.
Naked Furniture has been open in Ann Arbor since 1999 and specializes in real wood furniture, including desks, dressers, dining tables, and bookcases. It also sells beds and mattresses. Customers can choose between pre-finished pieces and do-it-yourself pieces.
