Running Fit donates proceeds from 'Holiday Hustle' to area nonprofits

In early January, representatives from Ann Arbor's Running Fit presented checks to several area nonprofits.

All gathered in Monument Park in Downtown Dexter to accept donation checks from Running Fit; the donations were made possible through proceeds from the Holiday Hustle 5K in December.

The president of the company Running Fit, Randy Step, was at Monument Park in downtown Dexter Jan. 9 to present donation checks to the Athletic Booster Club of Dexter, Dexter Seniors, Dexter Lions Club and Faith In Action. The donations are a result of the funds collected at the Dexter Holiday Hustle 5K that took place Dec. 1, 2012.
